To the extent permitted by applicable law, the maximum aggregate liability of the Platform Owner arising from Your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by You for the specific Service giving rise to the claim or ₹100 (Rupees One Hundred), whichever is less.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Force Majeure
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing an obligation under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
